Return Policy

We want you to love your Butterwhip Bath & Body experience. If you ever have any issues with your delivery or products please contact us.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any open products. Whipped Body Butter can melt in temperatures above 75 degrees, which is why we only sell them during the winter, to ensure they stay in tact during delivery process. If, somehow, they melt during transfer, we will not issue refunds or returns. The product is still usable. Place your body butter in the refrigerator until it firms up, then use as normal. The texture is different, but the product still contains it's skin-loving nutrients. If you live in a hot state or country, consider purchasing our Body Butter Cream (as they never melt). 

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personal care items.
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, you can contact us the carrier to make a claim using your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
