Shipping policy

Currently, we offer shipping only throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada

If ordering Body Butter we strongly suggest 2 day or less shipping option to avoid melted products. You may order thermal packaging for extra heat-resistant protection. We strongly suggest this option during non-winter seasons. The option can be added under the Body Butter tab of the website.

Order confirmation & tracking will be sent to your contact information used when the order was placed on our website, usually by email.

Once package is placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we do not take responsibility for postal mishandling.  Due to this factor, we offer shipping insurance for all orders at an additional small cost if order is under $100.  All orders over $100 automatically will be insured at no additional cost to the customer.  If you would like to add shipping protection to an already placed order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.  Insurance information will be sent with tracking information.

All insurance claims must be submitted by purchaser.
