Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, clearance items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns or refund request for melted butters. 


Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds, however if we have made a mistake with your order we will make sure to correct our error. Please inform of any issues with your products. Take and send pictures to show proof of the error.

Returns

Due to sanitation and the nature of our beauty products, we are unable to offer returns for products that have been opened or where the seals have been broken.
